The 22 story Tower Residences designed by Gromatsky Dupree and Associates, is located on a block featuring magnificent, mature trees and foliage. The Tower offers 110 standard residences with floor plans ranging from one- to three-bedrooms and penthouses on floors 20 and 21 also offer full city living that has not previously been available in Dallas.

Homeowners will continue to enjoy the excellent services that The Stoneleigh Hotel has provided quests since 1923 will have the same concierge services as hotel guests. Expanded amenities will be located on the Resident Amenities Floor (3rd level) of the new tower—a pool, Fitness Center, Business Center, Executive Boardroom, Oasis Garden, Resident Lounge, and private entertainment areas exclusive to Tower residents.

Full-time staff will assist resident’s needs with concierge, valet, porter, courtesy patrol, and maintenance services. Round-the-clock concierge services assist the owner with information, referrals, reservations, deliveries, personal secretary services, and transportation and travel arrangements. Maintenance, loss prevention, absent resident, and other safety and courtesy services give you peace of mind.

Requests for special personal care services are accommodated with fee-based “Au Prix Services”, to care for auto, pet or houseplants, to provide housekeeping, special home maintenance, personal shopping, or other needs.

Room service and other in-house dining options provided by The Stoneleigh Hotel are offered to residents and may be charged to their house account at a 15% discount. Whether in the privacy of one's residence or at the spectacular 22nd floor Constellation Club atop The Tower Residences, attention to service will be paramount.
